The OutTakes Exit Interviewing System is an online measurement tool that can be used alone or as part of a larger employee retention initiative. OutTakes surfaces the real reasons why employees voluntarily resign—so you can take action to reduce unwanted attrition with the confidence you’re addressing the right issues. The OutTakes Exit Interviewing System provides continuous tracking of the root causes of unwanted attrition at your organization, to reveal attrition trends and the reasons behind them, and to help direct organizational efforts to increase employee retention.

The OutTakes Exit Interviewing System has three primary components:

1. OUTTAKES ON-LINE EXIT INTERVIEW
As part of your organization’s exit process, departing employees complete the online OutTakes Exit Interview survey.

2. DATA COLLECTION & COMPILATION
OutTakes data collection is managed and maintained by ITS, reducing dependence on the IT department to get to your project.

3. OUTTAKES RETENTION REPORTS
ITS offers 24/7 reporting capability so that you can generate exit interview reports whenever you need them—monthly, quarterly, annually, or when needed.
