The Retention Assessment Profile™ is an on-line survey developed by ITS that measures a manager's effectiveness in specific behaviors proven to directly impact employee retention.

Each participating manager completes a self-assessment on their effectiveness, and asks their direct reports to also complete confidential feedback assessments. Direct reports provide both effectiveness and importance ratings. The survey also gathers demographic information which is used for developing more detailed analyses upon request.

Data from the Self and Feedback surveys are used to generate individual Retention Assessment Profile Reports provided to participants during ITS's Retaining Top Talent workshop. This workshop helps to identify employees who are critical attrition risks and devises specific plans to retain them.
